Project Description
GPA was the lead in the design documentation and construction administration for a complete remodel of an existing health club located in the Los Angeles Omni Hotel. The program consisted of a new fitness room, new treatment rooms and new amenities.
The low ceiling height of the existing hotel floor required extensive detailing and coordination with utilities to achieve the aesthetic goals set forth by the client.
