Project Description
The first increment of the Willow Lake Village master plan is comprised of 47 townhouses and 163 apartment units plus common facilities for recreation and community meetings.  The main feature of the development is a man-made lake. This lake acts as a unifying element of the development, tying together a variety of land uses as well as architectural and landscaping designs.
